Question: Hi, I am asking this question in regards to my wife. We are both 66 and scheduled for colonoscopies within a month. It has been 5 1/2 years. Can you please look at her report from 2015 and tell me if there is anything concerning? We waited longer than normal for our colonoscopies because of the coronavirus, so I am just concerned about what could have developed since the last one. Thank you in advance.

Brief Answer:
Please attach the report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
You need to reattach the report as I can't see it on my dashboard.
As per the details given by you she is having severe GERD and acid peptic disorder...
Usually patient with stomach cancer presents with severe weight loss like 6 kg in 1 month and extremely black tarry stools....Appetite is almost zero in patients.
Presentation of patient is of GERD.
However via endoscopy it should be ruled out if she has H.pylori infection.
Thank you and please attach the endoscopy report.
Regards!
