Brief Answer:
Hi,

Detailed Answer:
Your report of stool as well as of bleeding & clotting times are very much normal. If the range of pus cells as well as of epithelial cells is more than the reference range, then you might have to be investigated further for some infection or inflammation of digestive tract.
Epithelial cells may be normally present in a small amount within reference range in the stools with no clinical significance, as these are just normal lining of digestive tract.
