What Causes Itchy Bumps On Penis?
Hi my fiancee has yeast problems. As a teenager she was always prone to yeast infections and had a pelvic infection before. When we have unprotected sex, I get res purple bumps on the top of my penis head. I am not circumcised. I have always had red dots on my arm. I m not sure if that helps. It itches afterwards. What could be wrong ?

Your symptoms are indicative that you got yeast infection. Both you and your fiancée need to be treated. Both of you can take a course of fluconazole orally. Apply ointment hydrocortisone on the area affected. Take good care of your hygiene. Take bath regularly and wear cotton clothes. Keep your private area clean and dry.
Yeast infection spreads very fast in warm, sweaty areas. Control your sugar intake to avoid recurrence. You can apply ointment clotrimazole or miconazole on the areas affected. Avoid sex or any sexual activity during the time you are being treated. To be on the safer side both of you are advised to get STD tests done. If report is positive, you will be treated with antibiotics and antivirals.
